Fulfilment by ETS begins with using the ETS Inventory stock record to upload or create your inventory and listings on our system.

Your products will be designated a destination in the ETS fulfilment centre depending on the item types and sizes.

Once these products are checked into our centre they will be managed using our bespoke inventory system.

ETS receives, verifies and stores your products in our secure warehouses. We will notify you when your products arrive, we will check them and confirm what was received.

ETS stores inventory in its warehouses either in bulk or in individual 'pickable' locations.

Each week, ETS calculates the total volume of a seller's stored inventory. Sellers then pay for the minimum amount of reserved storage space and any additional space used - this means you only pay extra storage for what is in our warehouse for the week while it is there.

Your products are now available for purchase through your sales channels.

ETS quality systems and operational processes ensure that your customers are confident that they will receive what they ordered when they require it.

Fulfilment by ETS means that, in most cases, buyers can have items consolidated for despatch and, therefore, take advantage of lower carriage costs.

ETS will pick, pack and ship your products to your customers.

Once you receive an order for your product, the fulfilment process begins and your orders are relayed to our warehouse. Sellers can submit order information to us via form, file feeds or website integration.

ETS processes the order and retrieves your item from its storage location in the warehouse. The item is then combined with the buyer's other purchases (if applicable) and then professionally packed by our team.

ETS systems enable your orders to be tracked and our experienced team is available to provide you with full customer service support.

All Fulfilment orders are inspected at the time of packing. Shipments are delivered direct using ETS or the carrier of choice and shipment information is recorded in our system with unique reference numbers.

Sellers can replenish the inventory from their own stocks for additional sales.
