40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.
As part of the Fulfilment team, your role will include WMS responsibility for stock integrity and management ensuring stock availability for both internal and external distribution storage. You will be expected to process customer orders, inbound bookings and resolve stock and storage queries. There will be a requirement to optimise storage space and provide resolutions for stock rotation and layout.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role with great communication and organisational skills and a methodical practical working style.
The successful candidate will have great customer focus and understand the value of delivering excellent customer service along with an eye for detail and accuracy. A high standard of literacy, numeracy, Microsoft Office and Outlook skills are required, plus the ability to work as part of a small busy team.
Professional Drivers are an integral part of our business, contributing to the company’s performance and customer satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of driving ability, road safety and customer care. Our drivers carry out nationwide dedicated and special deliveries of goods on behalf of our wide range of customers, in modern, curtain-sided rigid and articulated vehicles with sliding roof, tail-lift and Moffett facilities.
We can offer DCPC training and career progression to upskill your driver category and/or Moffett and ADR training, so that you could become one of our top earners.
You will receive a Driver Induction on your first day and a personal development plan can be arranged to help you improve and expand your SAFED driving skills. Free workwear is provided.
You will need to be able to be flexible and adaptable in your approach, remain calm under pressure, and have a good working knowledge of driver legislation to ensure compliance, geographical knowledge and RT(WT)R. A professional image with excellent customer service and communication skills is essential. Attention to detail on paperwork and daily checks is important and you must be able to carry out manual handling activities.
